No. You don't have to sort through everything or get rid of things before we arrive. We'll guide you through the editing process as part of your organizing project and help you decide what stays, what goes, and where the things you keep should live.
Do I need to declutter before you come?
Will you make me get rid of things?
Abbsolutely not. Our job isn't to decide what you should keep or throw away. We'll help you think through what you use, what you need, and what makes sense for your space, but the final decisions are always yours.
Yes. We can create a plan for multiple spaces or an entire home, depending on the scope of your project. Our full team can work together to keep larger projects moving efficiently.
Can you organize my entire home at once?
Not necessarily. We start by looking at your existing space and storage before recommending products. When new products would genuinely improve the functionality of a space, we'll recommend options that make sense for your needs and budget.
Do I have to buy new organizing products?

Yes. Our concierge moving services include professional unpacking and organization, so we can help create functional systems as we unpack rather than simply putting boxes away. It's an opportunity to start fresh and avoid moving clutter into your new home.
Do you offer services to come back out to refresh the space on a monthly or quarterly basis?
Yes, this is one of our most popular services. We refresh spaces so you don’t have to, and because the system is already in place, we can move more efficiently to dial it all in.
